NEW in 2021! 14-week ACTING LAUNCHPAD!

To celebrate the emergence from Covid-restrictions that we are anticipating by Easter! – this new! focussed part-time training runs from 3 May to 7 August 2021, in a mixture of full-time training and weekly part-time sessions. It is designed for those who want to focus on their acting before deciding about whether to commit to full-time training. This new course builds on our tried-&-tested coaching expertise:

  • give you a wider range of performance experience
  • help you raise your game
  • move on to the next steps in your career!

At GFCA’s dynamic acting studio in the heart of Soho, we are offering a great, supportive burst of intensive acting-training! We start with 5 full-time days 3-7 May to launch the programme, followed by weekly evening (Monday & Wednesday) sessions and all-day Saturdays with our expert coaches, building towards performances and audition presentations in front of an in-house panel during the final 6-days of intensive sessions as the course ends, 2-7 August.

It is an ideal choice if you intend auditioning for a place at drama school, or if you are aiming for our GFCA Advanced Acting Diploma; and equally for any individual who wants to experience a focused period of high-quality acting-training.

Text-analysis and acting exercises will help you construct more layered characters. As well as working on your monologues, you will get valuable advice and feedback on the auditioning process from our experienced professional coaches, as well as voice, movement and other acting techniques to help you expand and deepen your work.

1-1 and small-group coaching are features of this intensive yet enjoyable course! The end-of-course production will be decided once the makeup of the group is known, and presented in the final week of the course.
